These terms and conditions govern the use of the Escape Game website and its applications.

To use the Escape Game, the user must register on the platform. This registration grants access to a user account that allows participation in the game.

The user is responsible for securely storing their platform access password. HYP encourages the use of strong passwords (a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).

If the user notices any unauthorized access to their account, they should contact HYP.

By creating an account on the Escape Game platform, the user agrees to receive emails from the platform, including but not limited to emails about updates, content, special offers, and marketing.

Upon registering on the Escape Game platform and purchasing a game code, the user gains access to the game. The game (Escape Game) can only be played once, meaning that once the game is completed, the user will no longer have access to it. The game can be played individually or in teams.

It is prohibited to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative content from the materials provided by the Escape Game service. Commercialization and exploitation of the content and services provided by the game are prohibited.

HYP reserves the right to maintain, modify, or remove features and content from the platform at any time. HYP also reserves the right to terminate the provision of its service without prior notice.

HYP is not responsible for errors or omissions in the service or content of the platform.
